Siminerio/Teeters Wedding

Ashley Siminerio and David Teeters were married on November 28th, 2009 at All Saints Catholic Church in Knoxville, Tennessee. We started early in the morning with photos of the wedding party getting ready for the big day. The ceremony began at 2pm and it was exciting to see David's face when he first saw his bride walk down the aisle. Ashley looked breathtaking in her Maggie Sottero Couture gown. Both David and Ashley were surrounded by friends and family who were thrilled for the happy couple to finally tie the knot! The reception was held at Jubilee Banquet Hall in Knoxville. This couple LOVES music. They are huge Frank Sinatra fans! David's groom cake was even made into a juke box surrounded by old records. The wedding day was captured through video by Midnight Magic Studios. We have had the pleasure of working with Don Samples and his team on 3 fabulous weddings this year! David and Ashley gave out little wine bottles with their own custom labels as favors and ended the night with a bubbles send-off. The newly-weds honeymooned in Cancun and soon after they enjoyed their first Christmas together at home.

Monday/Brichetto Wedding

Sarah Monday and Matthew Brichetto tied the knot on November 21, 2009 in Knoxville, Tennessee. They said their vows at a ceremony held at Asbury United Methodist Church. This quaint little church had so much charm! It was an honor to play a role in such a special occassion as this, where 2 fellow believers came together as one through a marriage truly blessed by God. Sarah and Matt chose to wash each others feet during their ceremony and it proved to be a great example of Christ's love and selfless service. The Monday and Brichetto families celebrated with more family and friends at a reception immediately following the ceremony at The Holston Hills Country Club. We had a blast! Emma Easler - Newborn

Emma Easler came into the world on November 3rd, 2009. She has brought so much joy to her daddy and mommy, Will and Katie Easler. Not to mention both sets of her grandparents who have spoiled her from the second they found out the big news! You might remember their expecting session or Emma's birth announcement. Well...they all made a trip home from Texas to visit family for Christmas (including their dog Annie) so we fit in a newborn/Holiday session for them at the Winkle's home. We are so glad we were able to meet little miss Emma and we hope you enjoy her slideshow!

Overbay Photography--2009 A Year In Review

Goodbye 2009...Hello 2010! What a great year it has been!?! Each year brings new and exciting things to our business, but 2009 brought more than we could have dreamed of. We have photographed so many wonderful people! Newborns, newlyweds, those expecting, loving families, engaged couples, children, and seniors. Thank you to our amazing clients who have allowed us to be a part of their lives.
Words alone cannot express the gratitude we have towards our family,friends and clients for making this year so unforgettable.

Stacy Family -- Christmas 2009

The Stacy's live in Abingdon, VA. I was excited when they asked me to come to their home for some Christmas photos. Little did I know that the weather would be snowy that day. The roads were fine so we still went on with the session. Kristen joined me for this one and we enjoyed the scenery driving out to Abingdon in the snow. It was breathtaking out in all the fields, covered old barns, and trees. Then we had fun playing with little Miss Isabella and her 1st Christmas outfit and tutu :)

Outlaw Family -- Christmas 2009

The Outlaw family - Charlie, Dana, and Amanda were so much fun to photograph. They had everything planned out...outfits, props, and locations for shots around their beautiful home! This was the day that it snowed too! So of course we got some great images of them in the backyard with the snow covered trees. Snow makes everything looks so peaceful. I just love it. Emma Newland--Christmas 2009

Such a SWEET session--literally! We had Emma Newland's Christmas session at the Lollipop Shop in downtown Jonesborough. You would have thought we would have planned her outfit to match. :) We bundled up for a few shots outside and the visit would not have been complete without yet another stop at the "The Christmas Shop on Main."
